After completing a meticulous negotiation process and fulfilling the conditions precedent, Verene Energia S.A., through its subsidiary IEB, concluded the acquisition of Integração Transmissora de Energia S.A. (Intesa), a 500 kV, 695 km power transmission line located between the states of Tocantins and Goiás.
Intesa will be integrated into Verene, strengthening our position in the market

To request crossings over any of our Transmission Lines, please send the following information and documents to :
1. Correspondence to our CEO, formalizing the request for a crossing analysis and indicating the name of the enterprise under Verene's concession where the crossing will take place.
2. Name of requester and contact details, such as e-mail and telephone number
3. Detail drawing of the crossing point (DWG and PDF);
4. Memorial description of the crossing;
5. KMZ of the LT route;
6. ART of execution;
7. Project ART;
8. Proof of registration of the concessionaire responsible for the project and the construction company responsible for carrying out the work;
9. Installation License issued by the competent body;
10. Concession Contract with ANEEL;
11. Procedure for crossing under and/or over an energized transmission line;
12. Detailed timetable for the crossing;
